After 10 years of investing money for my friends and relatives in the stock market,we have never made any money following the crowd. We will sell our stocks when every one in general public starts buying frenzy and talking in general conversation.

I have received a lot of e mail asking is the right time to Builder stocks. You are right, I have been looking very closely the USA builder stocks for some time now. I believe this is the time to buy some selected builder stock for which focus in the distress area or regions.

I would like to emphasize that you should search for
1) Builder stock in the distress area only in USA.
2) Make sure that the long term value still retain when the housing boom return these stocks will sky rocket past their resent high

What Is contrarian Investment

I have received many e mail asking that my investment Strategy is one of the contrarian strategies method. The answer is No and YES in the big way.

*No: If you look at the porfolio of many called themself contrarian strategy only focus of the short term regard to the PE ratio. One stock has low PE ratio is cheap according to their method. Their buy and sell according to PE ratio Up and Down. If the PE ratio go up pass their fair value, they will sell. Of course they also taken the longer value of that stock in conderation as well. I like this kind of investment year ago, but looking your stock everyday is a painful work and it won't make you 1000% return. It also up and down with trend of stock market.

*Yes: We only buy stocks or mutual fund or ETF in Distress area. We only buy when the institution and brokerage all spell death of some kind of investments and public disgusting of them. This kind of opportunity happen only once every 7 - 10years.
